Same-day or next-day deed and mortgage recording
We submit to the county Register of Deeds immediately after closing. Counties across Southeast Michigan typically record within one to two business days. We track confirmation and send recording information as soon as it is available.
Endorsements
Standard ALTA endorsements available
We issue standard ALTA endorsements through First American Title Insurance Company including ALTA 4.1, 5.1, 6, 8.1, 9, and 22, among others. Contact our team at order intake to confirm availability for your specific transaction.

Send the order to orders@miallegiancetitle.com. Include property address, borrower name, and lender contact. We acknowledge within one business hour during weekday hours.

We deliver the commitment
Title search and examination completed, commitment issued to all parties. Typically within 48 hours of order receipt. Any title conditions that require clearing are flagged immediately.

We coordinate with your closing department
CD review, figure reconciliation, and closing package preparation happen in coordination with your team. Wire instructions are delivered through our secure portal. Closing scheduled with all parties.

We fund, record, and clear
Funding confirmed by phone the moment wire lands. Deed and mortgage submitted for recording same day. Final policies issued and delivered to buyer and your institution once recording confirms.

Allegiance Title Agency maintains policies and procedures consistent with ALTA Best Practices and CFPB Closing Disclosure requirements. Licensed in the state of Michigan and underwritten by First American Title Insurance Company. We carry fidelity bond coverage and errors and omissions insurance. Documentation is available on request for lender approval processes.
