Call the office.
Live answer during weekday hours. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, callback number, and file number if you have one. We return every voicemail the same business day, typically within two hours during normal volume.
For time-sensitive closings or wire verification, call first. Do not rely on email for same-day funding confirmations.

For documents that must be transmitted by fax. Lender payoff requests, estoppel letters, and county-specific forms are accepted by fax. Include a cover sheet with file number and contact information.

Allegiance delivers wire instructions through a secure portal, not plain email. If you receive wire instructions by unencrypted email that claim to be from us, stop and call us immediately.
